Rocky IV Actor Wishes Movie Had Apollo Killed In Vegas Chicken Fight

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - Dolph Lundgren didn't like the way Apollo went to meet his maker in Rocky IV. That's the scuttlebutt from sources who say the Swedish actor, best known for his portrayal of the steroid-riddled Russian super boxer and sex robot Ivan Drago, was disappointed things didn't ultimately get settled in the pool.

Lundgren sites the scene where Apollo is playing with his twin Golden Retrievers, watching Ivan Drago sit mute at his own press conference while his ginned up handler proclaims Apollo is "all washed up."

"That's where the writers should've said, 'Ok, where is the last possible place people would expect to see two alpha males duke it out?' Obviously, that place is the pool at Caesar's Palace. And the chicken fight angle? Guaranteed to boost DVD sales. But what do I know, I'm just a retired actor with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and a 4th degree black belt in Kyokushin Karate. Are you going to eat that last spring roll?"
